+ How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
NCFP holds a very limited amount of stock, most of the products we sell, we individually make every product to order. This allows for you to customize any product to be just the way you want.
Our turnaround time is 3-6 weeks if items are being made to order. You will be notified by email or telephone right after placing your order on the exact time frame of your order.
+ What kind of things can I order with the Custom Order page?
We create a variety of exclusive fur products. Coyote, sable, fox, beaver, anything you can think of. Our custom manufacturer can do nearly any design in any size. Because we aspire to deliver only the finest quality, please fill out our custom order form to get started in creating your own personalized fur product.

+ How Much Is Shipping?
Shipping is based on weight and will be calculated on checkout.
We have two options for shipping. Canada Post standard ground shipping, and FedEx ground.
Your tracking number will be provided by email upon shipment of your items.
